Nexity Bank customers should be aware of multiple e-mail based scams attempting to illegally collect your personal, private, and financial account information. This type of scam known as “Phishing” has targeted many financial institutions across the United States including Nexity Bank.

If you receive e-mail purportedly from Nexity Bank requesting you to update or verify any personal, private, or financial account information, you should not click on any of the links associated with the e-mail. Nexity Bank will never ask you to update or verify your account information through e-mail.

If you have received one of these e-mail requests and you have possibly divulged any of your personal, private, and financial information, then immediately contact Nexity Bank at 877-738-6391. You will be placed in touch with a member of our Fraud Prevention Department who will assist you in protecting your Nexity Bank accounts.
